Pilgrimages

St George’s organises an annual walking pilgrimage, usually just under 50 miles, Thursday to Sunday in the second half of August.

Recent pilgrimages have been to St Davids, Cathedral, Gloucester Cathedral, Portsmouth Cathedral and Hereford Cathedral.  Alternative (non-walking) pilgrimages have also been arranged to Oberammergau to see the famous passion play, and to the Holy Land.
